Philinsure, a leading corporate broker in the Philippines, faced a massive operations crisis. They were responsible for managing a high-volume, complex micro-insurance program for their partner, RAFI Micro-Finance (RMF), but the sheer scale of RMF’s customer base made manual processing impossible. The team struggled to accurately match thousands of different loan types with the correct insurance programs and had no efficient way to track claim status or program performance, creating risk and inefficiency.
We delivered a robust, scalable platform to automate their entire workflow: our Igloo Partner and Claim Portal Package Solution. This created a single, unified ecosystem where both RMF and Philinsure could operate and share data seamlessly. The platform’s core capabilities targeted their biggest pain points: automated, high-speed policy issuance for multiple insurers, a centralised policy management and reconciliation portal, and an easy-to-use portal for claim submission and management.
The transformation was dramatic. Manual work that previously took days of effort was now fully automated, allowing Philinsure to batch-issue thousands of insurance policies in a single minute. This automation dramatically enhanced operational efficiency, particularly in claims, as both partners can now easily track and manage all claims within one portal. By providing a shared performance dashboard, we delivered transparent, real-time data to both Philinsure and its client, RMF, strengthening their partnership and building a foundation for scalable success.
