First suite of products to cover consumers from growing digital risks
VIETNAM, 21 October 2025 – Regional insurtech Igloo today announced the appointment of Hanh Tracy Dao as new Country Manager for Vietnam, reaffirming its commitment to accelerating digital insurance adoption in one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing markets. In her new role, Hanh will oversee Igloo’s strategy and operations in Vietnam. She will drive growth in the company’s network of embedded insurance partnerships (B2B2C), retail platform service (IPS) as well as drive the adoption of Igloo’s tech solutions with insurers.
With over 19 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in operational excellence and risk management, Hanh brings a proven track record of driving impactful partnerships and scaling businesses. She has held senior leadership and business advisory roles at leading organizations, including Deloitte Vietnam, EY Vietnam Consulting and Prudential Vietnam Assurance Private Ltd., where she served as Chief Risk Officer (CRO). At Igloo, she will lead efforts to bridge the digital transformation gap for insurers and partners, while expanding access to Igloo’s diverse suite of solutions spanning protection, lifestyle, and embedded insurance.
