As Thailand’s leading e-wallet, TrueMoney had a bold vision: to evolve from a simple payments app into a comprehensive financial “super app” for its 27 million users. However, their ambition to launch a new insurance marketplace was completely blocked by their legacy tech vendor. The old system was rigid and inflexible, unable to support the different purchase journeys required for various products (like motor vs. travel) and lacking the essential tools for product configuration or performance tracking.

We provided the key to unlock their super app goal with Igloo Consumer, our Direct-to-Consumer Solution, specifically adapted for a high-volume, multi-partner marketplace. Our platform’s flexibility was crucial, enabling TrueMoney to design custom digital journeys tailored for each specific insurance product—a capability their previous vendor couldn’t deliver. We provided a multi-insurer marketplace structure, allowing them to rapidly onboard new partners, and a simple configurator to get those new products live in record time.

They now have centralised control over all products and partners through a single, powerful admin portal, turning their vision into a high-growth reality.
