Zhu will be responsible for strengthening the firm\u2019s tech capabilities and product innovation as it expands insurance offerings across key markets. Before joining Igloo, he was a product manager for Qantas, MoneySmart Group, and Gotrade (YC S19), where he focused on driving growth and improving the customer experience to increase engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desai brings in over 16 years of deep product experience and expertise in the insurance industry, driving automation of sales, innovation and distribution for insurers such as Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited and AIA.
